I have even put the user acount control to minimum but still nothing happens. I have deleted all the files concerning the game in regedit and installed it again but that doesn't work either.

I have windows 7. The latest time I played the game on this computer it crashed and now it wont start. Also it asks me to use admin to open which it never asked on before in time so aren't sure what to do.

For things to be worse, due to EA not having the license anymore it's at Warner now , they can't release the Harry Potter games digitally. World Cup play centers around country-based teams, so Harry and friends are relegated to the sidelines, however, the quality of play ratchets up quite a few notches.
